Elementra LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Adspot. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. We are located at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information (email, name)
• Campaign details (titles, descriptions, spot names, prices, and related copy)
• Photos, logos, and 3D models uploaded by you or your sponsors
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details)
• Communications with our support team

We also collect usage data through analytics to improve our service (see Analytics section below).

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Adspot; to host your campaign pages and sponsor listings; to process payments via Stripe; to store your data securely; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share your campaign media with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Uploaded media is stored in secure object storage. Campaign metadata, account information, and related records are stored in our database. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain account and campaign data while your account is active, or until you delete a campaign or ask us to delete your information.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

We may use analytics tools to understand how our service is used, improve performance, and fix issues. This may include anonymized usage patterns, page views, and feature usage. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent. We do not use analytics to track or identify individual users beyond what is necessary for service operation.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to your campaigns and account information is restricted to authorized personnel and systems. We use encryption for data in transit and at rest.
